International Veteran Paul Danks Rejoins NAI Global as Senior VP-Corporate Services in the EMEA Region
NAI Global, the premier network of commercial real estate firms and one of the largest real estate service providers worldwide, today announced that Paul Danks, BSc. FRICS, SIOR has joined its corporate team as Senior Vice President-Corporate Services. He will be based in London, U.K.
Danks was affiliated with NAI from 2003 to 2006 in his previous role as Head of Corporate Services & International at NAI Fuller Peiser, NAI Global’s U.K. member firm prior to it being acquired by BNP Paribas Real Estate, and served as Vice Chairman of the NAI Global Members’ Leadership Board. In his new role, Danks will lead the development and delivery of global corporate services business within the EMEA region.

Danks has over 28 years experience of advising international corporate clients with particular emphasis on putting strategies in place to minimize costs and maximize value. He has considerable expertise in advising corporate clients in the industrial and logistics sectors, particularly in the areas of aerospace and defense and paper and packaging. He has managed multiple projects across the UK, Norway, France, Germany, Turkey, Poland and Abu Dhabi for the Civil Aerospace division of Rolls-Royce, and multiple projects across the UK and, more recently, India, for BAE Systems, two long-time clients. Paul’s recent experience also includes assignments for Bombardier Transportation, Rockwell Collins, Pentland, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Texas Instruments, Tibco Software and Wolseley.
Prior to joining NAI Global, Danks served as Senior Director-Corporate Solutions at BNPRE, where he was responsible for international corporate client development. In 2008 Paul also served as European Logistics Coordinator for BNPRE, where he worked with large occupiers, including FedEx, UPS and DHL Exel, Kuehne+Nagel across the UK, Spain, France, Germany, Spain, Central & Eastern Europe, Turkey, Greece and Russia.
